'Bachelorette' missing out on Facebook millions

Ali Fedotowsky won't be getting Facebook millions when the company goes public -- and she didn't get the guy she left the company for, either -- but the former "Bachelorette" isn't mourning the money she missed out on.

Some of her former co-workers could make millions when the social-media company goes public -- though that has yet to happen. But money's not everything, Fedotowsky says.

“Would I change anything if I could go back and keep my job at Facebook instead of doing 'The Bachelorette'? Absolutely not,” the former ad manager tells Life & Style Weekly. “I don’t regret one decision.”

She's not jealous, either, she tells the magazine, saying "I am super happy for all my former co-workers.

Back in 2010, Fedotowsky quit "The Bachelor" to return to her Facebook job. But just weeks later, she quit the fast-growing company to star as "The Bachelorette." She chose contestant Roberto Martinez, although the two later broke up.

Facebook filed for an IPO on Feb. 1, but there's no date yet as to when the company will go public. It's unclear how much Fedotowsky would have made even if she had stayed. And she's surely found a replacement revenue stream thanks to the fame the two dating shows have earned her.

According to Life & Style, Fedotowsky is now dating Charlie Ritchie.
