Two-time “Bachelor” Brad Womack finally popped the question Monday night, but his engagement to single mom Emily Maynard doesn’t necessarily mean wedding bells are on the way.

As fans who stuck around for the “After the Final Rose” wrap-up already know, Womack and Maynard didn’t exactly find their happily-ever-after. Since the proposal, the two have split up, reunited and developed their very own brand of affectionate yet frosty interactions.

The problems for the pair came weekly, as Maynard admittedly had difficulty watching her man romance the rest of the cast on each episode of “The Bachelor.”

“I knew it wasn't going to be the ‘Let’s Watch Emily and Brad Fall in Love Show,’" Maynard said after watching a season’s worth of other dates. “But I didn't think he would give them so much material to work with!”

That led to another issue for the couple — temper troubles. According to Maynard, they’ve had a number of “knockdown, drag-out” fights.

Despite the woes, both Womack and Maynard insist they’re still engaged, with plans to marry one day — just not one day soon.

Tell us what you think. Is there any hope for this reality TV romance?
