"Happy Days" are here again for anyone wondering what actor Henry Winkler might think of the proposed expansion of London's Heathrow Airport.

Winkler, 68, who starred as Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli on the 1970s sitcom, was stopped and quizzed by James Landale, a deputy political editor for BBC News. Landale writes that he was aiming for a "vox populi" or "voice of the people" piece when he came upon the American actor shopping in London's Richmond area.

Video of the one-minute interview shows Landale stopping Fonzie, quickly realizing who he is after asking "are you a voter?" and then awkwardly but endearingly continuing with his line of questioning. Winkler, with shopping bags in hand and a scarf around his neck (no leather jacket), tells Landale that he's doing a pantomime in Richmond — he's Captain Hook in "Peter Pan."

Landale goes ahead and asks the actor what he thinks of Heathrow Airport potentially adding another runway. As it turns out, Winkler has some interest in the subject and asks whether the expansion will boost the economy. Landale tells him it will, but that there are noise concerns.

"Richmond is a lovely place," Winkler says. "I watch the planes go every day. I hear nothing."

And with that, he muttered "ayyyy," hopped on his motorcycle, jumped over a shark, rode to the pub and started a jukebox with his fist. We hope.
