Andrew Garfield can web-crawl, swing through the air and save entire cities in the "Spider-Man" movies, but in promo spots for his "Saturday Night Live" appearance on May 3, he reveals another talent: He can speak "Dog."

Garfield and "SNL" cast member Bobby Moynihan appear in a series of TV spots promoting Garfield's hosting stint. In one spot, Garfield introduces himself with his proper British accent, then gets all rowdy and slangy when Moynihan asks him to "do one for our American audience." But things really go to the dogs when Moynihan asks him to "do one for our dog audience," and Garfield delivers a series of subtitled barks.

In another, Moynihan praises Garfield's work as Batman and Superman, only to fall silent when he learns the actor plays neither of those roles.

Garfield is also told he has to live up to the performance of his girlfriend and "Spider-Man" co-star Emma Stone, with Moynihan indicating a plaque showing the stage has been renamed "The Emma Stone Center for the Performing Arts."

Garfield will get the chance to see if he deserves a stage named in his honor on Saturday. Coldplay will be the show's musical guest.
