Relax, "American Idol" fans! Everything is fine despite all the reports about judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey feuding!

Well, that's what the show's producers are saying on Friday after yet another day of reports of trouble between the two superstars.

"This is one of the best, most passionate, dynamic and invested judging panels we've ever had," producers said in a statement. "We love and support all of the judges and the fantastic work they are doing, and we can't imagine a better group to find the next American Idol. Despite all the accusations and media speculation --  much of which is inaccurate -- production is going extremely well today and the judges are focused on finding the best talent here in Baton Rouge."

The drama kicked off on Tuesday night when Minaj unleashed an expletive-filled tirade at Carey after the two women disagreed about a contestant at the Charlotte, N.C., auditions. Her rant was captured on video and was obtained and published by TMZ.

The following day, host Ryan Seacrest explained on his radio show that "there was a very heated, intense argument towards the end of the day," and said that the tiff "did go too far."

According to "View" host Barbara Walters, Carey told her that the younger singer threatened to "shoot" her during the Tuesday altercation, a claim that Minaj denies.

Whether or not that's true, Carey's latest course of action to protect herself may help explain the new peace on the Baton Rouge set. According to reports, the "Butterfly" singer showed up at work with extra security Friday.
