Amanda Bynes is really making the rounds -- of the L.A. Superior Court system, we mean. The City Attorney's Office of Burbank, Calif., has charged the starlet with two counts of knowingly driving with a suspended license.

While some obliging paparazzi were more than happy to prove that Bynes remained behind the wheel after the DMV pulled her license, it was getting pulled over near Bob Hope Airport on Sept. 16 that resulted in her car being impounded.

After losing her car, Bynes took to taxis this past week to get around L.A., be it to shop or grab a beverage at Starbucks.

Her every move being scrutinized, Bynes seemed to be holding up OK -- until Tuesday, when she was kicked out of a spinning class at celeb-friendly Equinox in West Hollywood.

The following day, in the same area, she exchanged words with a paparazzo in West Hollywood and some of their altercation was caught on video. The shutterbug accused her of grabbing his camera and scratching his neck, but while walking away she insisted she didn't lay a hand on him.

Earlier Wednesday, she told People she was "doing amazing" and was retired from acting and planning a move to New York.

Bynes is now facing these suspended-license charges in addition to DUI and hit-and-run charges, all midemeanors, from the L.A. City Attorney's Office.
