Alec Baldwin pins photographer against car in latest scuffle

Being a new father hasn't changed Alec Baldwin a bit. The perennially pugnacious former "30 Rock" actor has again unleashed his temper, and again the target was a paparazzo who wouldn't stop filming him and wife Hilaria on Tuesday.

According to New York's Daily News, Baldwin was out walking in Greenwich Village with Hilaria when he saw photographers tailing them. (Daughter Carmen Gabriela, who was born on Aug. 23, was reportedly not present.)

"Alec didn't want them taking any more pictures, so he went over and confronted him,” said a witness, Erick Nguyen, who manages a store near where the altercation took place. 

"They were jawing," Ngyuen said. "Baldwin grabbed him and threw him against the car."

The 55-year-old Baldwin held down 60-year-old Paul Adao for a short time before releasing him. The Daily News said both men called 911, but no formal report was filed and no arrests were made.

Baldwin has a history of letting his temper get the best of him, including two incidents in June 2010, which involved a confrontation with a photographer outside his apartment, and tussle with photographers outside the New York City Marriage License Bureau. He was accused in February of using a racial slur to refer to a photographer, which he denied. 

After this most recent incident, Hilaria tweeted:

She also re-tweeted a link about the recent stepping-up of legislation to protect children from paparazzi in Los Angeles.
