"American Idol" favorite Adam Lambert is not the favorite of a certain paparazzo in Miami. TMZ reports that the photographer pictured in a scuffle with Lambert on the beach Thursday walked into a Miami Beach police station at approximately 10:30 p.m. that night and filed a report accusing Lambert of misdemeanor battery. According to TMZ, the paparazzo claims he was "knocked to the ground." Lambert on Thursday posted on Twitter, "Eeew, paparazzi killed my peaceful afternoon on the beach! #howisthisok?" and later, "They're real good at provoking, but there ain't any pics or video of the b.s. they spew out ... Haha well ... I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol MIAMI!!!" When it became evident there was a picture of the incident, Lambert apologized for his hat. "Hahha the photos are hilarious !! Lol please everyone forgive me for that hat. -- I was attempting a disguise -- clearly failed. Hahah." UPDATE: Lambert has responded directly to the battery accusation on his Twitter: "Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground....
