  Wright Express Corp. (NYSE:WXS) will replace Manitowoc in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, November 15. Tektronix is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR) in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals. American Tower Corp. (NYSE:AMT) will replace ALLTEL
