  When living on a tight budget and having 3 children,brand name clothing is more of a luxury than a necessity.But it doesn't have to be. Thriftstores have become Chic and Resale Shops are popping up all over the place.Most even have some nearly new items and I actually have found some really great bargains at Consignment shops.It gets even better
