  the Dow (INDU), S&P 500 (SPX), and Nasdaq 100 (NDX) breached their respective Feb. lows, matching what the Russell 2000 (RUT) and Nasdaq Comp (COMPQ) did in yesterdays session. However, once again, bond insurer bailout developments propelled the markets higher in late afternoon trade as hope for an Ambac (ABK) rescue package grew.
