  Kolcraft Enterprises made a recall of 425,000 playpens after the death of a 10-month-old baby. Kolcraft's playpen recall includes 12 models of Play Yard brand playpens that pose hazards for babies with raised changing tables and raised cradles. The Kolcraft playpens where manufactured in China, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
