| I was planning to make paneer tikka. Mom had made the chapathis and everyone was waiting for me to make the sabji and then have dinner. Only when i opened the recipe book ( Nita Mehta's), did i realise that you had to keep the paneer marinated with the masala for atleast an hour before you can make the dish.
