  One of the topics from last week's adventures in Dallas that is very exciting to me, and many doctors and researchers, is the advent of optical coherence tomography (OCT). While it's a mouthful to say, it's nowhere near as difficult as progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), which we have all gotten to understand if not pronounce. OCT
