• 'Cho-lo-sphere' represented in local mural

• Recovering Walls

The image is the face of the plague rising from two fighting men, surrounded by his grandparents, and includes an Aztec symbol.  The mural is still there, on the wall of the bakery where Herron's mother once worked, and a 2000 restoration has kept the image part of the Los Angeles muralscape.
