| The mystery of Madison Avenue has been solved. Near the start of the summer, Steve Cuozzo reported the purchase of several buildings on Madison near 34th Street. The plans called for a new residential tower, but there was still the annoying matter of retail tenants in the low-rise buildings, as well as a long-term lease on a rooftop antenna. |

This one was just installed at Madison Avenue and 42nd Street, and we're a little bummed that they don't quite appear to be as pimp-my-newsstand as initially promised.
