| The mystery of Madison Avenue has been solved. Near the start of the summer, Steve Cuozzo reported the purchase of several buildings on Madison near 34th Street. The plans called for a new residential tower, but there was still the annoying matter of retail tenants in the low-rise buildings, as well as a long-term lease on a rooftop antenna. |
