  Well, so much for that plan. In what should be a surprise to absolutely no one who's been paying attention, we not only didn't gain any Republican votes since July, but We actually lost one on the Webb amendment. Warner gave up his WINO status because being a rubberstamp is such a better fit for him. Apparently his legacy isn't all that important
