• Motivation: TV as a Reward

  mine included, have a time limit on the amount of screen (TV, computer games, video games) time they are allowed daily. I call it a "media diet." I wonder what our lives, and diets, would be like if we limited our screen time too. Better yet, with the advent of TiVo and DVR, you can use TV as a reward since you can "tape" your favorite show.
