  Matthew McConaughey and gorgeous girlfriend Camilla Alves were spotted leaving the George V Hotel in Paris yesterday - and headed off to the airport. The beach hunk slash actor was in the City of Lights to shoot a Dolce & Gabbana commercial (how classy!) while Camilla, you know, probably shopped? It is nice to see Matty away from the water
