| out there Like Paint.net and Gimp 2.0. They are free to use, offer plug-in’s and have similar functions as Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. I have not used them so I really do not have a personal opinion to give you, I do plan on using them in the future just so I have a wider area that I can help out |
