When the delightful Carrie Fisher subbed in for Kathie Lee, things got very real in a hurry. She and Hoda hashed out the perils of May-December dating, and as she's delighted generations of teen boys with her metal bikini, it wasn't surprising when she copped to dating "thousands" of younger men.
Hoda grilled the ever-game icon and Jenny Craig spokeswoman on the loves of her lives (including former husband Paul Simon, though she pretended not to know his identity), and the fact that she's not easy to date.
Carrie admitted that she can be "a lot” to handle, and described a Christmas in which a younger boyfriend bought her exercise equipment, and she, in turn, bought him books.
"I'm not too polite," she joked, adding it would be "weird" for somebody to introduce Princess Leia as his wife. Weird, or great, Carrie?
Press her for dirt, and you'll get it. "What's the youngest you've ever dated?" Hoda asked.
"Twelve," Carrie joked. "I got arrested."
Well, sometimes they're only in it for the action figures.
