She did not love it.
In honor of the 140th Kentucky Derby Friday, Carson ran the TODAY anchors through a "horse name generator" from USA Today. Some truly sounded like legendary horses who have crossed the finish line at Churchill Downs. Savannah's? Not so much.
The results:
Willie: Thunder Glory
Al: Bourbon Sun
Carson: Razor Eagle
Natalie: Falcon Red
Matt: Rum Steel
And then came Savannah's: Old Julep
"Old?! No!" she protested.
From Churchill Downs, Al chimed in.
"I like Old Julep!" Al said.
"It really has a ring, doesn't it?" Savannah added.
Then Al broke into a Kentucky accent, and the whole thing devolved. Watch the video for all the action.
