1. Oh the weather outside was frightful. Good thing we had the Weather Dream Team – Al, Sam and Dylan – to help us get through this morning’s commute.

The frigid temps didn’t stop TODAY fans from venturing into the snow – and sharing photos with us using #TODAYSnow.

2. The filmmaker behind the documentary about Mitt Romney – which Netflix is releasing Friday – said the former White House candidate was “uncomfortable” watching the film.

“He said there were things in the film that he would not have put in. It was uncomfortable for him to watch,” Greg Whiteley told Savannah.

3. How do you see your beauty? In honor of Dove’s latest campaign, which challenges teen girls and their moms to view beauty in a different light, we asked viewers to send in their selfies with the hashtag #LoveYourSelfie.

Video: A film called “Selfie” is getting a ton of attention after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival. For the tenth anniversary of its “Campaign for Real Beauty,” Dove partnered with filmmaker Cynthia Wade and the Sundance Institute, and challenged teen girls and moms to see beauty in a different light.

5. Don’t worry, Elizabeth Mayhew is totally fine!
