The anchors went all out this morning (and we mean all out) for TODAY’s annual Halloween celebration on the plaza. The whole TODAY family paid homage to their favorite classic TV characters – Al as Mr. T; Savannah and Natalie as Laverne and Shirley; Carson with Erik Estrada from "Chips;" Kathie Lee and Hoda as Wilma and Betty from "The Flintstones;" and Matt and Willie with Carmen Electra as “Baywatch” characters.

Texas police officer Ann Carrizales explained to TODAY why she pursued suspects for 20 miles even after they shot her in the face.

“It wasn’t an option for me to give up,” she told Janet Shamlian. “I had to stay in that fight because I am a mom and they shot me and they were absolutely not going to get away with that, because I will do everything I can to come home to my children every day.”

Video: Police officer Ann Carrizales was shot twice, including once in the face, during a routine traffic stop, but instead of backing down and allowing her fellow cops to chase down the suspects, she chased them in her squad car for 20 miles until they were caught. NBC’s Janet Shamlian reports.

Former "Girls Next Door" cast member Kendra Wilkinson Baskett revealed to Wilma and Betty – er, Kathie Lee and Hoda – that she and husband Hank Baskett are expecting their second child.

"So we have a little time off, so I have the time to puke, be in the cave," Kendra joked with the hosts.

Video: The former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner reveals some news as she promotes the second season of her reality-TV series, “Kendra on Top.” The show features Kendra’s husband, NFL player Hank Baskett, and their son, Hank Jr. – and may have a new little star in the near future.

A bus driver in Buffalo, N.Y., is being celebrated as a hero after he stopped on an overpass and coaxed a woman who appeared to be on the brink of suicide to safety.

“Knowing that I saved somebody's life, it makes me feel good, being at the right place at the right time,’’ driver Darnell Barton told TODAY this morning.
