The dedication of George W. Bush’s presidential library is coming up Thursday, and Matt Lauer will be in Texas for the first live interview with the president and his wife during the ceremonial day.

Lauer will talk to the Bushes about the 43rd president's legacy; the couple becoming grandparents after the birth of granddaughter Mila to TODAY’s own Jenna Bush Hager, and much more. The dedication of the library at Southern Methodist University in Dallas also will serve as a rare appearance by all of the living presidents: Along with Bush, President Barack Obama and former presidents Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush and Jimmy Carter will all be in attendance, their first meeting together since January 2009.

In addition to a library and a museum that includes a prominent component on the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, the center will include the George W. Bush Institute, a public policy center. There also will be an interactive exhibit where visitors can assess the decisions Bush made regarding the Iraq War, the 2008 economic crisis and the response to Hurricane Katrina.
