Antonio Banderas stopped by the studio this morning to talk about his scene-stealing role as Puss in Boots in the upcoming movie 'Shrek the 3rd.'  (WATCH HERE) I had the opportunity to ask Banderas a few questions as he was getting ready for the show:

Q: I read in an article that you often let your daughter Stella be the judge of the quality of your movies, what did she think of 'Shrek the 3rd?'

AB: She was a big fan of 'Shrek' before I was even in those movies.  She thinks this movie (Shrek the 3rd) is a cool movie, regardless of whether Dad is in it or not.

Q:  In the movie, you and Eddie Murphy's character Donkey switch bodies, if you could switch bodies with someone, who would that be?

AB: I would be a woman for day, getting an outrageous body!  It would be nice to just be pretty for a day.

Q: Any particular woman in mind?

AB: No, no specific woman.

Q:  Puss in Boots sings a duet with Donkey in 'Shrek the 3rd', do you have any plans to release a cd?

AB: Nope, no plans to release. I love performing in movies and musicals.  I also record and compose at home, but those songs stay with me.  I do love to perform, but no plans.

Q: What are your plans for Mother's Day on Sunday?

AB: Flowers, of course. I'm trying to stay away from anything too commercial.  In addition to being good to our mothers, we should also be good to Mother Earth.  But nothing too extraordinary planned, in terms of celebrating.
