Viewers often tell Kathie Lee and Hoda that they watch them while working out. So today Kathie Lee and Hoda did a whole show centered around fitness.
They rode bikes with Seth Rogen and answered some pressing viewer questions while exercising on ellipticals. Continuing the burn on bikes and treadmills, they also learned about weight loss foods, how to dress to look thinner and how to work out without a gym membership. They even endured Brian Williams eating a doughnut in front of them!
Did Kathie Lee and Hoda really keep exercising during the commercial breaks?
Kathie Lee and Hoda only got off the machines to move to the location of the next segment. However, sometimes that included going up or down two flights of stairs. Both of them tried to keep moving because they were competing as to who would have the highest calorie burn by the end of the show.
How did “push-up” Sara become so fit?
Sara used to participate in triathlons and play basketball and volleyball. She knows it's very important to incorporate strength-training into her cardio workouts. She tries to work out five times a week for an hour.
