Al Roker gets his knight on in 15th century armor

Al Roker got into character at the Tower of London, trying on a suit of armor before chatting with Bridget Clifford, keeper of the Royal Armories, about some of the weapons used by knights.All that was missing was a sword lesson! Luckily, Mariel Zagunis , a member of the women’s fencing team who won gold in 2004 and 2008, stopped by for a quick lesson.
