All clear at D.C. Navy Yard after report of shots fired

The Washington Navy Yard was locked down on Thursday after reports that shots were fired. In September 2013, Aaron Alexis, a Navy veteran, opened fire in an office building at the Navy Yard, killing 12 people and paralyzing the capital.
